Convenient location and price.

Big room, good price, friendly staff

I did not stay here because I did not know I had accidentally booked a shared bathroom room and they were so easy to deal with and got a refund. Such an amazing staff who helped me take my luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The room was clean, no AC but still pleasant.

Shared bathroom showers are too small and no toilet paper.

The staff was nice and the location was great. Good value for money.

We booked a private room with a fan and no AC. We don't recommend. Only take one with AC. No elevator which is a bummer.

The were no hot water in the shower and there are no stairs. The value for the money is good by take it under consideration

MY FAMILY AND I STAYED THERE FOR ONE NIGHT WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM THE ISLAND.WE HAD ONE ROOM WITH ONE BED EXTRA FOR MY SON. THE ROOM WAS SO BIG. THE LIGHT OF ROOM WAS GOOD. THE COOPERATION OF THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THE ONLY WEAKNESSES THING WAS STAIRS.THEY TRIED TO HELP FOR TRANSPORTING OF LUGGAGE. THE BED WAS COMFORT AND SO BIG.I CAN RECOMMEND IT FOR NEXT STAY AND WISH TO SEE Myplace@Surat Hotel SOON. THE HOTEL IS VERY NEAR TO THE THE NIGHT MARKET.AT THE END OF OUR STAY THEY GIVE US THE BEAUTY POSTAL CARD AND THAT WAS VERY PLEASANT FOR US.

Nice place, very good located, clean and quiet, very friendly staff. Big airy room, comfy bed, close to river, markets, banks, shops - for me it was perfect stay. Better to choose room with AC, but days I was there ( end of August) was not so hot even without AC.

It was great value for money. I stayed in a room with just a fan so it was a little hot but I had a room to myself and it was a great location, near the night food market and river. Would stay here if coming through Surat Thani again.

The hotel was very welcoming and clean. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a kind and helpful staff.We chose a double room with a fan, which was located on the fourth floor. The room was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a clothing stand inside. Additionally, there was a desk, a nightstand, a spacious wardrobe, and a television.The bathrooms were located outside the rooms, but they were very clean.

The stairs to reach the room were many and steep. Since the rooms without air conditioning were located in the attic, it was very hot. We requested a second fan, and I must say the situation improved.As for the bathrooms, unfortunately, the shower water was cold, and there was no option to adjust the temperature.

Excellent budget hotel. Booked my trip to Koh Tao no problem. Gave me a little postcard upon checkout. Was very friendly. Highly recommended .

Big room, the shared toilets were clean and well kept, and was enough so you weren’t waiting for a toilet to become available. Clean and spacious .

There was no lift so we had to walk up to the 4th floor with our backpacks ! But it was to bad !

The location is perfect to explore the city, right next to the night market and close to the waterfront.
